These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the websites and software products operated by Aztec Software, LLC (“Aztec Software,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Use of the Services
You may use the Services only in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials secure.
2. SMS / Text Messaging Terms
These messaging terms apply when you opt in to receive SMS/text messages from us or one of our products.
- Program description. When you opt in, we send transactional and service-related text messages — such as account and security alerts, one-time verification codes, appointment or status notifications, and responses to your support requests. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
- Consent. By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive these text messages at that number, including messages sent by an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency. Message frequency varies based on your activity and account settings.
- Cost. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Aztec Software does not charge for the messages themselves.
- Opt-out. Reply STOP to any message to cancel. After you send STOP, we will send one confirmation message and will not send further texts unless you opt in again.

- Carriers. Supported carriers may change, and we are not liable for messages that are delayed or not delivered. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our handling of mobile information is described in our Privacy Policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive purpose;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or other accounts;
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services;
- Reverse engineer or misuse any part of the Services except as permitted by law.
4. Intellectual Property
The Services, including all related content, software, and trademarks, are owned by Aztec Software or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or branding.
5. Disclaimers
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aztec Software, LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Arizona.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
